This could be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. There are sometimes void periods of up to 40% throughout a year. So even if your property is occupied 60% of the time you still get paid. Not only is there less wear and tear for your property, you still get paid your rent in full, each and every week.

We deep clean your property every time a short term tenant vacates the property because we must get it ready for the next occupier. We offer a thorough deep clean of you property. Any small maintenance issue are also resolved fully and rectified.
Another factor to consider is the high calibre of tenant we can place. Often the tenant will be single and out most of the day working. This ensures less wear and tear on your property.
