Renting a property is always a stressing experience and often very frustrating too - especially if you are unsure of the process. To ensure your experience is as smooth as possible we have outlined a few points below

Register with us

When you register your interest we ask that you fill in as much detail as possible so we can match you to your perfect property.

Obvious questions such as rental budget, the date by which you need to move and the type and size of property are asked. We also ask other questons to ensure a good match. Our software automatically matches you with certain properties and sends alerts to your email inbox or via SMS to your mobile. To ensure we do not waste your time or ours we constantly update our property search engine with fresh properties and remove properties that are no longer available as soon as we can.

Viewings are normally conducted 9am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 5pm on Saturdays. You can book a viewing by simply calling us.

We always accompany all viewings and can be on hand to answer any questions. Often the landlord cannot be present. We always have access to keys and can gain access to suit your availability. To save time and for the sake of efficiency we ask all members of a group interested in viewing a property to book together.

After any viewing we always ask for any feedback or questons you may have. Please allow some time to discuss your views and help us improve our service.

Please ensure you are on time as we always are. Better still you can come into one of our offices and we can drive you to your viewing and drive you back or pick you up from a train station or place of work as appropriate.

Making an Offer

We always advise interested parties to make an offer as soon as they can.

We often conduct block viewings and always generate lots of interest. The London rental market is particularly strong at the moment and demand still exceeds supply. When an offer is made we will ask for a deposit as security that you intend on taking the property subject to tenant referencing.
